Hello Friends,
I am soooo excited, and want to share my good news with all of you!!! As some of you may remember, i am
using the diet plan with Herbalife (via Ann H); I have cut my am meds in half (for my diabetes)...and my doctor
was SO pleased with my results today...he told me 20 more lbs off, and I can stop my am pill and only do my
pm one...he was quite impressed with my weight loss, because he knows only too well, how long this has
been a uphill battle!! Haven't weighed since I came home (It is defeating If you stand on the scales all the
time, and you don't see anything moving...so only do it once a month;) My bp was up a little, but I know what
caused that (grinning with a smirk); my fault!! Go for my routine blood workup and urine analysis Saturday
am...that will give us a good idea how all my organs are functioning...guess I'd best close this out...just
wanted to share my good news with all ya'all....a BIG THANKS to Ann Hefner for convincing me to give this a
try...you're my guardian angel for sure!!!

Hola, que tal?. Me gustaria compartir contigo estas fotos. Y tu muy bien te has
de acordar de cómo estaba antes pues asi me conociste. Bueno te puedo decir
que gracias a Dios mi vida y mi salud han cambiado totalmente. En mi foto de
“ANTES” mi peso iba en aumento y mi salud estaba muy deteriorada a mis 30
anos. Tanto, que mi propio doctor me recomendaba bajar de peso porque podria
tener diabetes y alta presion, ya que corre bastante en mi familia. En ese tiempo
trabajaba los 7 dias a la semana, muchas horas, por lo tanto me sentia
extremadamente cansada. Sin el suficiente tiempo ni energia para trabajar en el
ministerio al cual Dios me llamo. Ni tampoco para pasar tiempo con mi familia y
sobre todo con mi hijo Jason. Siempre me sentia agotada y con continuos dolores
de cabeza. Mi vida emocional, fisica y mi salud se tambaleaban.
Asi me encontraba cuando conoci Herbalife por medio de una companera del
trabajo que es “chinita”
Ella me veia tan agotada (y gorda) que siempre me invitaba a que usara los
productos. Pero no le queria creer porque cuando me decia que eran 100%

Por cierto, Craig quien NO CREIA para nada en esto, ya ha bajado 15 libras en un
mes! y a mi nino Jason le encantan sus vitaminas y sus malteadas de chocolate,
fresa o vainilla en lugar de comer tanto dulce o golosinas!... Porque Herbalife es
para toda la familia!! Y para hacer familias mas saludables!!! J
